Pinkit Forms vs Google Forms
Google Forms is a free form builder that is part of Google Workspace: you add questions one by one, and responses can go to Google Sheets. Pinkit Forms is an AI form builder: you describe the form in a chat, the AI builds all of it, and you change it by writing what you want. Pick Google Forms if your work already lives in Google Sheets or you need quiz grading. Pick Pinkit Forms if you want a finished form from one sentence and you would rather describe changes than click through menus.

The main difference: describing versus building
In Google Forms you start with an empty form and add questions one at a time: you choose the question type, type the question, type each answer choice and set whether it is required. For a ten-question form that is a few dozen clicks, and most of the time goes into typing things you already know.
In Pinkit Forms you start with a sentence. "A registration form for a kids' summer camp, with the parent's details, allergies and the weeks they want" gives you the whole form, with the right question types: short answers for names, a phone field, checkboxes for the weeks, a paragraph for allergies. Then you keep talking to it: "make allergies required", "add a question about pickup times", "move the contact details to the end".
When Google Forms is the better choice
Google Forms is free with no form or response limits, and it connects directly to Google Sheets, which matters if your team already works there. It has quizzes with automatic grading, sections that jump based on an answer, and a file-upload question for respondents who are signed in to Google. Schools and organizations on Google Workspace often have it set up already, and some Workspace plans add Gemini to help draft a form.
If you need branching questions, graded quizzes or file uploads today, Google Forms does them and Pinkit Forms does not yet.
When Pinkit Forms is the better choice
Pinkit Forms fits when the hard part is writing the form, not hosting it. A small business owner who needs a booking form, an order form or a quote request can describe it and have it ready to share in a minute, then fix the wording by asking. If you already have the questions in a Word file, a PDF or on paper, attach the file or a photo and the questions are copied into a form with their original wording.
After responses come in, you can ask the AI to summarize them: the common themes, what people liked and what they complained about. The builder works in English and in Hebrew with a full right-to-left layout, and the AI writes the form in whatever language you write to it.
Already using Google Forms and want AI inside it? Pinkit Forms also has an add-on for Google Forms that writes questions from a description directly in the Google Forms editor.
Frequently asked questions
Is Pinkit Forms free like Google Forms?
There is a free plan with 5 forms and 100 responses per form, and you can try the AI chat without an account. Google Forms is free with a Google account and has no such limits.
Can AI create a Google Form for me?
Inside Google Forms, some Google Workspace plans include Gemini to help draft a form, and add-ons such as Pinkit Forms for Google Forms write questions from a description. Pinkit Forms itself builds the whole form, outside Google, from a chat.
Can I move a Google Form into Pinkit Forms?
Yes, in a simple way: print or save the form as a PDF, or take a screenshot, and attach it in the Pinkit Forms chat. The questions are copied with their wording and types.
Do respondents need a Google account?
Not for Pinkit Forms: respondents open the link and answer. In Google Forms it depends on the settings, and file-upload questions require signing in.
