השימוש ב-Pinkit Forms כפוף לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. השירות נמצא בשלב ניסיון, ודברים בו עשויים להשתנות.
החשבון שלך
מתחברים עם חשבון Google. השירות מיועד לגיל 16 ומעלה. אתה אחראי למה שנעשה בחשבון שלך. אפשר למחוק אותו בכל עת מהפרופיל.
מה מותר ומה אסור
אסור להשתמש בשירות כדי:
- לבקש סיסמאות, פרטי אשראי או בנק, או מידע רגיש (למשל רפואי);
- להתחזות לאדם, לחברה או לגוף אחר, או לבצע הונאה או פישינג;
- לפרסם תוכן לא חוקי, פוגעני, מאיים, או כזה שמפר זכויות של אחרים;
- לשלוח ספאם, או לנסות לעקוף את המגבלות או את האבטחה של השירות.
אנחנו רשאים לסגור טופס או לחסום חשבון שמפרים את התנאים, גם בלי הודעה מראש, במיוחד אחרי דיווחים.
התוכן שלך
הטפסים והתשובות שייכים לך. אתה נותן לנו רשות לאחסן ולעבד אותם (כולל שליחה לספקי ה-AI) רק כדי להפעיל את השירות בשבילך. אתה אחראי לטפסים שלך, לתשובות שאתה אוסף, ולכך שיש לך זכות לאסוף אותן.
AI
הטפסים והניתוחים נוצרים על ידי AI, והם יכולים לכלול טעויות. כדאי לבדוק אותם לפני שמשתפים או מסתמכים עליהם.
התוכנית החינמית
בתוכנית החינמית יש מגבלות (למשל מספר טפסים, תשובות והודעות ל-AI), והן עשויות להשתנות. אם יהיו תוכניות בתשלום, התנאים שלהן יפורסמו לפני שיחויב כסף.
אחריות
השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" ו"כפי שהוא זמין". אנחנו עושים מאמץ לשמור עליו זמין ובטוח ומגבים אותו כל יום, אבל לא מתחייבים שהוא יפעל תמיד, בלי תקלות או בלי אובדן מידע.
ככל שהחוק מתיר:
- אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, כמו רווח שאבד, הכנסה, לקוחות, מוניטין או מידע שאבד, גם אם ידענו שנזק כזה אפשרי.
- האחריות הכוללת שלנו לכל נזק שקשור לשירות מוגבלת לסכום ששילמת לנו ב-12 החודשים שלפני האירוע שגרם לנזק. בתוכנית החינמית לא משולם סכום.
- אנחנו לא אחראים לשירותים של צד שלישי שאתה מחבר לשירות או משתמש בהם יחד איתו.
שום דבר בתנאים האלה לא מגביל אחריות שהחוק לא מאפשר להגביל.
שינויים וסיום
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את התנאים. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באתר או במייל. אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות ולמחוק את החשבון בכל עת.

Using Pinkit Forms means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is in a trial phase and may change.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. The service is for people aged 16 and over. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and can delete it at any time from your profile.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- ask for passwords, card or bank details, or sensitive data (such as health information);
- impersonate a person, company or organisation, or commit fraud or phishing;
- publish illegal, abusive or threatening content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- send spam, or try to get around the service's limits or security.
We may close a form or block an account that breaks these terms, without notice, especially after reports.
Your content
Your forms and responses are yours. You allow us to store and process them (including sending them to our AI providers) only to run the service for you. You are responsible for your forms, the responses you collect, and your right to collect them.
AI
Forms and analyses are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check them before you share or rely on them.
The free plan
The free plan has limits (such as forms, responses and AI messages) that may change. If paid plans are offered, their terms will be published before anything is charged.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and safe and back it up daily, but do not promise it will always work, or be free of faults or data loss.
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profits, revenue, customers, goodwill or data, even if we knew such damage was possible;
- our total liability for any damage related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it. Nothing is paid on the free plan;
- we are not liable for third-party services you connect to or use with the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site or by email. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
