What the add-on does

The add-on uses AI to help you create and edit questions in a Google Form that you have open. It can generate question suggestions from a description or an uploaded .txt or .docx file, and propose changes to the questions of your form. Nothing is added to or changed in your form until you review and confirm it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you provide and to the forms you create. We do not claim ownership of your content or of the questions the add-on produces for you.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the right to use it. Do not use the add-on to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or to collect information in a way that breaks the law.

To produce its results, the add-on sends the content you provide to Anthropic's Claude API, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated results

AI can make mistakes. Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Please review every suggestion before you use it. You are responsible for the forms you publish and for how you use the responses you collect.

Usage limits

The add-on is currently free to use, with a daily limit on the number of generations per user and an overall daily limit. Limits can change, and we may limit or suspend use that appears abusive or that puts the service at risk.

Availability and changes

The add-on is provided as is and as available. It depends on services provided by Google and Anthropic, and we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or stop the add-on, or these terms, at any time. When the terms change, the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the add-on is provided without warranties of any kind, and Pinkit Forms is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from the use of, or inability to use, the add-on. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
