How to Create a Form With AI
To create a form with AI, open an AI form builder such as Pinkit Forms, describe the form in one or two sentences (who it is for, what you need to know), and the AI writes the questions, answer choices and field types. Then you change it by writing what you want ("make the phone required", "add a question about allergies"), check it in preview, and publish it to get a share link. The whole thing usually takes two to five minutes.
Describe your formUpdated
Step by step
- Open the chat. Go to pinkitforms.com. The page opens straight into the chat; you can start without an account.
- Describe the form. Write what the form is for and who fills it in. For example: "An order form for my bakery: name, phone, which cakes, quantity, pickup date and time, and allergies."
- Check what the AI built. The form appears next to the chat, with question types already chosen: a phone field for the phone, a date field for the pickup, checkboxes for the cakes.
- Change it in your own words. Ask for changes as messages: "make allergies optional", "add a question about a message on the cake", "split it into two sections". You can also click any question to edit it directly.
- Change the design. Ask for a color, background, font or cover picture: "use a softer pink and a cake cover".
- Preview and publish. Use Preview to see the form as people will, then Publish to get the share link. Sign in with Google to keep the form and its responses.
How to write a good prompt for a form
The AI does better with the purpose than with a list of fields. "A registration form for a weekend pottery workshop for adults" is enough to get name, contact details, experience level, the date and dietary needs. Add what is specific to you: the dates you offer, your price list, whether you need a deposit note.
Write in the language you want the form in. A request in Hebrew gives a Hebrew form with a right-to-left layout; a request in Spanish gives a Spanish form.
- Say who fills it in: customers, parents, employees, guests.
- Say what you will do with the answers: send a quote, confirm a booking, improve a service.
- List the choices you already know: your services, time slots, sizes.
- Ask for a length if it matters: "keep it under 8 questions".
Example prompts
- "A booking form for a hair salon: service, preferred date and time, stylist, and first visit or not."
- "A quote request for a cleaning service, priced by number of rooms, with extras like windows and oven."
- "An RSVP for a birthday party: name, number of guests, kids or adults, and food preferences."
- "A job application for a waiter: experience, availability by day, and a short paragraph about themselves."
Start from a template instead
If your form is a common one, start from a ready template: appointments, orders, quotes, registrations, client intake, feedback or hiring. The template opens in the chat, and you ask the AI to fit it to your business.
